Shannon will provide you with 6 weeks of nutritional educational content, ensuring you learn everything you need to maintain your progress long-term. Topics include Calories, Macronutrients, Nutritional Labels, Fiber, Plant-Based Nutrition, and Approaching a Weight Loss Phase. Each week, you'll also receive a quick quiz to help reinforce your understanding and retention of the information.
